All of the staff was flexible and attentive.

The location was great, minutes from the attractions like main street and a museum, and others. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area. We ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was a pleasant surprise, with delicious food. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was tasty, and they even made scrambled eggs upon request. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I had just perfect experience and would stay here again. Clean, great value hotel, its location was favourable and just next door to neighboring tourist department of Santa Cruz Province and the bus terminal and a park. Variety of food items served for satisfactory breakfast.

We recently stayed at Hotel Aca in El Calafate for 2 nights while exploring the area. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The rooms, although a bit small, were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location near the main strip was very convenient. We were able to leave one of our suitcases at the hotel, which was a great convenience. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I appreciated the hotel, it was reasonably spacious and clean, location was particularly good and perfect near the centre of town. The room was lovely, well-appointed and had central heating, a safe box and television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a bidet worked well. Location: the venue was near to downtown El Calafate and good restaurants and main bus station. Explored Reserva Laguna Nimez Nature Reserve, that is located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Convenient location, walkable to the bus station and main street , friendly English-speaking staff, clean and spacious rooms, Scandinavian mid-century modern design.

Felt very happy, no complaints.
